Order Editing/ Cancel Policy

SO HOW DOES OUR ORDER EDITING/ CANCELLATION WORKS?

teezpanda.com allows customers to edit/ cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing order. If any customer has selected wrong variant/size or mentioned incorrect address then it can be corrected by writing to us at support@teezpanda.com within 24 hours of placing order.

We also request customers to check if they have selected correct variant and size before placing the order. We request not to place order by clicking image instead select the correct variant and size and then place order.

The customers get order confirmation email or sms just after finishing checkout process. We advise to check the order details and if any corrections/ cancellation needs to be done then immediately write to us. If customer fails to respond for any corrections/ cancellation within 24 hours of placing order then we start our processing work and it is not possible for us to change or cancel anything.
